Effective October 30, 2026. These terms apply to StableSteps services provided by Healing Tek LLC. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.

Service and eligibility

Healing Tek LLC provides StableSteps workspaces and Address Check screening. Use the service lawfully and only access records you are authorized to use. Keep sign-in codes private. Organizations remain responsible for lawful collection, resident releases, staff permissions and the accuracy of their records.

A screening is not permission to live somewhere

Address Check identifies map candidates and estimates distances. It does not determine eligibility, provide legal advice, certify legal compliance, guarantee safety or replace a court order or qualified advice. State summaries are unverified reference material. Which restrictions apply can depend on your individual circumstances, supervision terms, local law and current court decisions. Confirm with the appropriate authority and a qualified adviser before signing a lease or moving.

Maps omit places, locations can be estimated, and a parcel shape may not identify a facility's actual grounds. Indiana licensed home child care addresses are withheld from the public directory. Absence from results is not clearance. See source dates, coverage and required manual checks.

Address Check subscriptions

The Address Check subscription prices are US $9.99 per week or US $29.99 per month. Choose one plan. Subscriptions automatically renew at the selected interval until canceled. Review the total, currency and any applicable tax shown by Stripe before paying. Preview access is an invited pilot; payment checkout is disabled there. Free-check availability is limited and may differ by channel.

Digital delivery and support

Address Check is a web service, not a physical housing placement or a shipped product. Paid access is activated for the verified checkout email after Stripe confirms the subscription. If your payment is confirmed but access does not appear, sign in with that email and contact [email protected]. We do not promise that any listing is available, affordable, suitable or willing to accept your application.

The My next step guide, housing-search links and conversation questions help organize your next actions. They do not decide which rules apply. The housing-email owner pilot checks supported links and sends results; its planned US $4.99/month client upgrade is not yet available for purchase. Address Check subscriptions do not include Text It or that separate upgrade.

Cancellation and refunds

For connected Address Check subscriptions, account billing controls request cancellation at the end of the current paid period; access continues until that period ends. You can also ask [email protected] for help. Our refund policy does not provide partial-period refunds except where required by law. A confirmed cancellation ends future renewals, not an already completed charge. Contact us about incorrect charges or access problems.

Text It availability

Text It is pending carrier verification and delivery testing. It is not currently offered for paid purchase. Any future paid texting offer must show its own price and terms before enrollment. Message frequency depends on use; carrier message/data charges may apply. STOP stops messages, HELP requests help. STOP does not cancel a subscription; use billing controls or contact us. Texts are not an emergency service and may be delayed or fail.

Workspace use and data

Do not upload information without permission, evade access controls, misuse resident records or treat demo records as real people. Keep your own required records and backups. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. Our privacy policy explains providers, sharing, location use and deletion requests. No completed automated retention program or regulatory certification is promised.

Availability and responsibility

We work to maintain the service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, current maps or complete records. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without warranties and our liability is limited to fees you paid us during the preceding three months. This limitation does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited. Indiana law and courts in Marion County, Indiana are the governing-law and venue terms, subject to mandatory protections.

Contact [email protected] before paying if anything is unclear. Changes to price or these terms will be disclosed before they take effect where required. These terms do not establish legal eligibility for housing or certify that screening sources are complete.
